  • June 4th, 2020 @ 9:00PM EASTERN

Join Susun Weed and Kathi Keville to discuss:
    * The approach in using vervain, chamomile, lemon balm, nettles.
    * Benefits of sitting down to tea, and inhaling the aroma.
    * Guidance from past wise woman to make sleep pillows and old fashioned potpourri.
    * Herbal baths. At least foot baths.
    * Woman scientist's study on healing benefits of bringing flowers into the house.
    * Spending time in your herb garden, or nature anywhere, not just for smells and sounds, but what the plants and earth teach us.

Kathi Keville has studied herbs since 1969, and is the Director of the
American Herb Association. Since 1981, she has published the
subscription AHA Quarterly Newsletter containing up-to-date news. Kathi is a member of United Plant Savers and was a founding member of the American Herbalists Guild. Her many books include: Herbs for Health and Healing; The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Herbs; Women's Herbs, Women's Health; and The Aromatherapy Garden, which focuses on using aromatic plants from the garden rather than pure essential oils. She travels throughout North America conducting seminars, leads herbal tours to Tuscany, and teaches year-round classes at her Green Medicine Herb School in Nevada City, California. You can find Kathi at Green Medicine Herb School, and at the American Herb Association at
